Today is the "Grain Buds", a solar term that have some wisdom in it. Because there is the character "小" which means "Small" in Chinese, it gives people room to think. “Small" can mean leave space, modest and amiable. 

We should not ask things to be "full or perfect", and should leave space for people, for mind, and for life so that the light can shine in. Quietly "sow the seeds", plow deeply and carefully, and it will yield surely and eventually an abundant harvest.
