有些事情本来很简单，

但因为人与人之间互相计较，

甚至产生误会，

简单的事情就变得复杂了，

小事也成了大麻烦。

我的经验：

主动与人沟通，

消除误会。

Some of the things are very simple at first, but because people quibble with each other, and even misunderstand each other, simple things become then complicated, and small things become big troubles. My experience is: take initiative to communicate and to eliminate misunderstandings.
