「明白地活在当下」
一个人明白活着的瞬间，
同时又清楚
一息不来即成后世的道理，
虽然哭着来，
但能欢欢喜喜去，
这也是很幸运的事啊！
son can live fully in the present moment, while understanding the fact that once one’s breathing ceases, it will be the afterlife, and who, though is born crying, but can leave the world with joy, how fortunate it is!
